I was in a car wreck in July of last year. I am disabled and my brother was concerned the insurance would use it against me so I called Pistotnik Law. They came to my house and picked me up since my car was totaled. I was in alot of pain and they gave me advice on good doctors and I am so glad they did the doctors and therapy was great. I had a the rotor cuffs in both shoulders torn. I had two surgeries and months of therapy. Brian Collignon and all the people at Pistotnik Law are my heroes. I was always kept informed of how my case was going. I got a settlement I never thought I would get, I have disabilities but they show the insurance co that these were new injuries. If I ever need a lawyer again it will be Pistotnik.

After an unattended driver ran into me and totaled my vehicle in may of 2015 i was in pain and without transportation.
