I was a recent client of the S.E. Farris Law Firm. I sustained an injury while at work and the involved workers compensation insurance carrier was quick to deny my claim without valid reasoning. A friend of mine, who is an attorney, referred me to Spencer Farris informing me his firm is the best at representing clients bullied by big insurance carriers. I sought representation with Mr. Farris and he quickly addressed my concerns. Attorney, Michael Korte, with the firm became involved and placed the insurance carrier on notice of representation. The insurance carrier quickly changed their negative demeanor and coverage opinion once contacted by Mr. Korte and I received the medical and surgical care needed. My wages and medical expenses were paid in full and I was provided with the full benefits which I was entitled. None of this would have been possible without the expert representation I received from Spencer Farris and Michael Korte. The staff at the S.E. Farris Law Firm is very friendly and was always available for immediate contact. The S.E. Farris Law Firm offers representation in both personal injury and workers compensation. I truly felt respected and cared for and highly recommend the S.E. Farris Law Firm. It places me at great comfort knowing should I need future representation the S.E. The S.E. Farris Law Firm helped me immensely! While attending a business conference several years ago in St. Louis, MO, I experienced an unfortunate incident. The uncertainty of the outcome of my injuries was troubling, to say the least. I needed legal assistance! Because I did not reside in the St. Louis, MO area created an additional challenge for me regarding seeking legal counsel. I wanted to ensure I was advised and represented appropriately. I searched the web and identified 5 attorneys. However, after speaking with them all, I selected Attorney Spencer E. Farris! From our initial conversation, Spencer was very warm, considerate and knowledgeable!! He and his staff, particularly Laura, kept me abreast of everything about my case. My incident was a bicycle accident November 2013. I had contacted a well-known firm, advertises frequently on TV. The practice did listen to my case. Shortly afterward I was told they would not litigate the case, because of some legal term, basically determining who was at fault. Shortly afterward I saw a small ad in the local newspaper for the S. E. Farris Law Firm, with the key word of bicycle listed for the types of injury accidents the firm would handle. Spencer Farris was personable, discussed the possible conclusions with me and answered the questions I had. He took my case and just recently the S. E Farris Law Firm reached an out of court settlement. It was a very fair amount for my medical bills, lost wages, replacement cost of my bike and my injuries. The Farris Law Firm, while not in constant contact, kept me informed of what was taking place. Occasionally Stephanie, the legal assistant, would contact me and inquire as to how I was recovering from my injuries. It was a lengthy process. All I did was supply them with information when requested. At times I thought the result would be little or nothing at all. I was surprised and very pleased at the amount of the settlement. It is a small office law firm, well organized with pleasant and professional personnel.

During the first phone conversation I had with Spencer I knew right away that I could trust him. For me this was incredibly important because it was his honesty that won me over and safely allowed me to accept him as my representative partner. I use the word "partner" because Spencer created an environment where we worked together, toward a common goal, and I knew I could count on him. He of course led the way, and I always felt like we made progress together. What facilitated this the best was the way he communicated. His assistant Laura is nothing short of AMAZING! We had a very bad experience with a lawyer in St. Louis. He dragged out what he told us was a settlement for 14 months. We paid him several thousand dollars over this time. In fact there never was a settlement. Spencer took our case against this lawyer and recovered all our monies paid plus a little more. He even recovered enough to cover his fees. Throughout our case, Spencer and his staff performed in a very professional and ethical manner. They were always available for questions, status, etc. I would highly recommend Spencer to any one needing a lawyer in the St. Louis area. I might add that we live in California and have never met Spencer. All of our contact was by phone/e-mail.

Dealing with Spencer and his legal assistant Stephanie was great. They were both very helpful and were always there to answer my questions as I have never sued anyone before so I did not understand much of what was going on. Spencer was very understanding and helpful when I did not think my first offer was fair to my case and fought to help get me more that was more of a suitable judgment for my situation. I hope that I will never have to be in this situation again, but if I am I will defiantly be calling Spencer. I will be recommending him to any of my friends and family that need a personal injury lawyer.

I highly recommend the S.E. Farris law firm. Mr Farris was so attentive, and took extra time to completely explain the process and legal system to me. Our experience with Spencer and his staff was very good. They are very professional and very knowledgable. When we hired Spencer, we had no clue what we were doing.
