My experience with The Bradley Law Firm was a very good one. During the initial consultation everything was explained to me in detail, as far as the approach being taken to resolve my case. I was provided updates and each time I contacted the office for additional questions or concerns my questions were answered to satisfaction. Although at times I was a bit persistent, the office personnel always made me feel as if I was a priority and that they were working diligently to settle my case. Being completely honest here, I have never liked having to deal with attorneys of any kind for any reason. My experiences with them have been nerve racking to say the least. The Bradley Law firm, more specifically, Tina, made dealing with my mom’s suit so much easier to handle. No matter how angry and frustrated I was, she always explained things in “common English” rather than in all that legal jargon. I am very grateful for the personal touch she provided. I submitted my information online at 9:20 this morning, and at 9:30 received a phone call from Jessica. She was very polite and professional, and arranged for Ryan to meet with me in my home less than 4 hours later. He arrived promptly, and was also very polite and professional. After listening to the details of my sitaution, he clearly outlined my options for me. I was most impressed!
