Had we been better informed and had an attorney that got back to us we wouldn’t be in a worse position than when we started our bankruptcy. The receptionist are the dull and obviously hate there jobs because they treat everyone like they are annoyed. And more specifically just don’t do there jobs. And it’s probably cause it’s his wife and they lack the professionalism. I would under no circumstance recommend this small one man firm, unless you want to get call backs every couple of months. As opposed to someone that can be there to handle your questions and needs in an appropriate time frame. We asked them politely to do what they got contracted to do by giving us a call back to which they replied that’s not what they have to do. So in a sense blatantly telling us even though you paid us we don’t need to do our jobs. So your welcome for the money we paid you to end up in a worse circumstance than before and for telling us that isn’t what we paid you to do.

David Cook is an Angel, he took my financial burdens off my shoulders. He was friendly, helpful and warm. Because of this, I was not afraid of meeting with him or sharing my deepest financial problems. He cares deeply about his clients. To this day, I consider him my friend. I had very little income as a single mother and student, and he helped me keep my vehicle and discharge almost all of my unsecured debt.
