My son was involved in a car accident recently, not his fault though. I called Josh to ask about couple of things while I am heading out of the office to go to the accident scene. Josh was extremely courteous and offered to meet me there although it is a good 45 minutes to an hour drive. Luckily, my son was able to walk away from the wreck with no harm. Josh showed up and greeted me and the family, and that was the first time we met Josh. He asked my son how did he feel from the accident, we talked about the accident a little, and we all left. Josh did not have to be there; there is not anything he could have done, but just the support for his customer made us feel that he really cared about us. That is a GREAT customer service that I have not seen from any other agent or agency. Thanks Josh for an unparalleled customer service. A. Mikhail

Jessica in the office is the one I normally deal with for my policies. She is fabulous at explaining out my coverages and what my policies do for me! She is very patient with me and charming to work with! I am definitely recommending her to my family and friends! She is someone I trust with our insurance needs.

Would not recommend to ANYONE - Josh lied from the beginning and NEVER helped cancel my Geico policies as promised and would not call me back. THE ONLY reason I still have insurance with them is because Sara was my saving Grace. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH JOSH!!!!!!
