In Aug 2016 I enrolled in the Medical/Billing program then changed to the Business Accounting program, I was very discouraged and disappointed with the instructors and some of the administrative staff. 2 of the instructors i had were horrible, never taught the math involved in the class, she (Ms Alardin) was also the same instructor for the communications class where she had everyone write small paragraphs on sometimes inappropiate topics and never taught anything useful either. When i finally decided to drop out completely, it took almost a week to get a hold of the person (Ms Williams) to tell her to drop me. Then almost 2 weeks later another administrative personnel (Mr Zello) calls me in a very rude and upsetting manner asking me why i didnt come to him sooner about my concerns and i said i wanted to see if the next classes would be better and they werent and i was not impressed enough to stay. Mr Zello then proceeded to try and make me feel bad by telling me that now im gonna have to ALL that money back and I said NO i wont bcs i called my lender and they told me i drop in time to avoid that cost but insisted I was gonna still have to pay in a very rude manner. And they also dont let you know ahead of time if your classes are gonna be online classes or not so your FKD if you get stuck with a hard one with no instructor or advisor its just you and the computer and THATS another problem their computers were constantly failing I had change my password many times and eventually that didnt work anymore and had to stick to using the TEMP PASSWORD sent to your email over and over. This school sux!!! I didnt even have this much hard time with anything at MILAN INSTITUTE, where i returned to.

It seems that this place is more interested in money rather than teaching. The instructors prefer to spend time picking on the students not being focused on the task at hand. It sad when your loved one comes home in tears after working the backside off every night and getting ready for an exam only to be discouraged and made them feel bad about the choice to attend a school

I believe in the mission of the school and their commitment to help their student reach their career goals. A career school is all about how much effort you put into it: attending classes, communicating with your instructors and studying are all part of the formula. The instructors here really care for the students and help them through the program and after. SCI rocks!

I took a tour of this school and found it to be doing very well! If you have issues, go to your instructor and follow the chain of command. But make sure your doing your part. If you want really, you will persevere and not let anything stop you. Have faith in YOU.

This is a very organized institute and very clean facility. The instructors are very professional and understands your needs. The courses here are fast paced so you need to study hard. Overall, it is a nice learning experience.
