He is a liar and a cheat. This man sabotaged my entire case and then lied about it. I paid him in full and up front and he did nothing but lie and never worked on my case. And then when I questioned him about my case he had the gross audacity to be rude and disrespectful and talk to me like a second class human being. I hired him on March 8, 2017 to do a modification, he did absolutly nothing on the case until late April, 2017 and that was after I caught him in a lie about him actually filing the modification. He just now on August 23, 2017 went to pretrial hearing and a final trial is set for October. He lied and told me my case was scheduled for mediation and when I looked at the court documents it was never scheduled for mediation. Because he had lied and did nothing for so long I had to take him off of my case for child support because he did absolutly nothing from the time I hired him until now.....nothing. This guy talked bad about me to the opposing party. When I asked for my case file he told me that I had to sign a form to get my case file and the rest of my retaining fee was non refundable. DO NOT HIRE SEAN LYNCH!!! This man is a liar and a crook. I just filed a complaint with the Texas Bar.
