Worthless people behind the counter. In the office. Paid support for 15 years, not a missed payment. then close to 3 years ago they said I missed a payment in 2007 and it has been rolling over fees and penalties . It took multiple visits for those dumb a$$e$ to admit they were wrong they are incompetent almost criminal how dumb they are. If i could give them a negative rating that would be it -5 stars
