Anthony Arzili can be considered to be a criminal defense attorney with all the qualities one would covet when looking for the perfect criminal defense attorney. Mr. Arzili not only exudes professionalism and dedication, but he also showed compassion and empathy towards my case and my personal circumstances. My personal case, while the experience itself was life-changing and not for the better, was one where I learned that there are honest and trustworthy people who are truly sincere in helping others as well as people who don’t truly care for you as a person itself but rather what your case could bring to them. I am pleased to say that Mr. Arzili would fall into the former category. Prior to stumbling across Mr. Arzili and his office, I had scoured the internet looking for a criminal defense attorney who could effectively deal with what would have most likely been a misdemeanor charge. Mr. Arzili was the only attorney who seemed to have a flawless track record and display his skill in handling cases similar to mine. Not only that but he was also the only attorney who I felt truly comfortable when personally speaking with him, which reveals a great deal as I am usually on pins and needles when I am in other people’s company. Regardless to say, I couldn’t have been happier with my decision to have Mr. Arzili handle my case. Throughout my case, Mr. Arzili and his staff exhibited their patience and their knowledge of navigating through the legal system, never failing to promptly answer the plethora of questions I shot their way in regards to my case. Mr. Arzili never gave me promises of what he would do with my case, but rather gave his honest opinion of what could happen and what result we were aiming for in regards to the factors presented in my case. Due to Mr. Arzili’s hard work and perseverance, my case was dropped with the completion of community service and psychotherapy, a feat I would have never thought possible based on the case itself. With that in mind, I would like to wholeheartedly thank Mr. Arzili and his staff for handling my case in more ways than I could hope for and I would highly recommend Mr. Arzili to anyone in search for a criminal defense attorney who will handle your case with diligence, zeal, and integrity.

I never had any dealings with law enforcement and was extremely scared. I was frightened of what could happen, not only professionally but personally. Well after researching the multitude of attorney available, I called Mr. Arzili’s office and was greeted by his assistant Monica, a thoughtful, lovely woman who expresses genuine concern for your well-being. Once I briefly outlined the issue she promised me to call back with a quote for the services and more details. In couple of minutes Mr. Arzili himself called back and after couple of minutes talk it was crystal clear to me that Mr. Arzili’s knowledge and experience was whom I wanted to represent me. Anthony, not only outlined the process, options, and the cost, but also gave me advise how to proceed before the hearing. All the communication with Anthony was via email, we actually never met before the trial that is why at some point before the trial I had second thoughts did I make a right decision, is was also topped with all the horror stories on unethical lawyers who never helped their clients, yet after Anthony’s couple of comforting emails about the case development, quick response to any question I would have and Monica’s thorough emails and reminders made me confident again that I chose the best team I could. Choosing to proceed with Mr Arzili was one of the most important decisions I ever made and it was the right one! He puts his heart and soul into his clients and I am personally blown away with what he has accomplished for me. He and Monica treated me with dignity and respect and gave me the strength to survive the most dark and hopeless chapter of my life. I cannot put into words what I owe Anthony. Working with him was extremely pleasant, despite the circumstances. From start to finish, Anthony and Monica worked hard against the odds to deliver a solution that provided me with a second chance, and they were highly successful. As a person who has dealt with many lawyers on a business level I found Mr. Arzili to be compassionate, professional and diligent and I have no hesitation in giving him a full recommendation.

I was arrested for a DUI last February, I’d never been arrested before and the whole situation had me on edge for what felt like a lifetime. I was convinced that my case was helpless because I regrettably told the officers I had taken Xanax. I read through Anthony’s reviews and I knew he would be the best person to help me. At first I was a little wary that his reviews were too good to be true, but not even slightly! I emailed him, he replied quickly and he instantly put my worries at ease. After exchanging several emails, Anthony and I spoke on the phone and he explained how the case would proceed, how long it would take and the different elements to it. He is incredibly patient and knowledgeable, and does not promise anything that he cannot deliver. I met with him shortly after our phone call and we talked some more, he told me he would try his best to get my DUI down to a wreckless driving. I was relieved that there was hope that I would be able to walk away from my situation without a DUI on my record for the next few years! I left his office with a huge smile on my face! Anthony’s assistant Monica is just as patient, lovely and accommodating as Anthony is, as she kept me updated every few days for the months following my meeting with Anthony, and their diligence is nothing short of remarkable! Anthony called and visited the courts daily to check on the process of my case, and Monica updated me with every detail letting me know when there were any changes and when there wasn’t! I received an email from Monica yesterday letting me know that my case had been rejected by the court and the charges have been completely dismissed! I’m so incredibly happy with the results Anthony worked for and I feel so blessed to have both Anthony and Monica on my side to help me through my DUI! There are no words for the relief I’m experiencing, thank you with all my heart Anthony and Monica!!

Mr Arzili was god sent to me and my family. He was my light in the darkness. Mr Arzili kept mine and my family’s best interest in mind before, during and after my case. Mr Arzili was not only my adviser but he was my rock when I needed something to lean on, and he never left my side. He turned a disastrous situation into a good one. You see, I have never found myself on the wrong side of the law until recently. The agonizing thought of having to go to jail, and leave my family to fend for themselves caused a lot of sleepless nights. I lie awake wondering how my wife was going to put food on the table and still pay for the mortgage and bills. Then my thoughts would fade to fear because I have never been to jail. Staring down a felony and not knowing what was going to happen started tearing me apart. So, I began looking for an attorney to represent me. After talking with a few lawyers I felt that they were only really interested in money and not me, my situation, nor my family. But, this was not the case with Mr. Arzili. He made me feel welcomed and he didn’t treat me different because I made a bad choice. In fact he helped me face my mistake and overcome it. I felt that he really cared about me, my situation and my family. He helped ease my stress of the unknown and vowed to stay by my side to the very end. His office was great. Alicia and Mr. Arzili both kept me informed on what was going on with the DA. As I mentioned before Mr Arzili turned a disastrous situation into a good one. Mr Arzili was able to have my felony reduced to a misdemeanor with NO jail time. Nothing short of a miracle in my book; as I said, God sent. Let’s see…I’ll start off by saying, that I’m a normal God-fearing, taxpaying citizen of the United States. However, my world was suddenly flipped upside down after I was charged with two false criminal charges. Entering a completely new world, I did the best homework I could, including “interviewing” 4 criminal defense attorneys in person, and many more over the phone. I also did extensive online and referral research to weed out prospects. Money was not an issue because my primary concern was hiring the most competent attorney possible; however, through my research, I found that Mr. Arzili’s rates fall toward the middle of the spectrum. During the “interview” process, I was most impressed by Mr. Arzili’s refusal to make any grandiose claims simply based on the limited information I gave him. Every attorney I spoke to made “promises” on how likely the situation will play out in court. For all you people who are new to the criminal court system, as the defendant, you know NOTHING based on simply a police report and your arrest. In addition, the defendant cannot tell his or her side of the story until AFTER the DA’s side provides ALL evidence and witness testimony. Based on Mr. Arzili’s track record and my gut instinct, I hired him and he stepped me through the entire process, from the pre-lim to pre-trial proceedings, and finally to trial. Mr. Arzili is extremely knowledgeable in criminal law and provided a fantastic performance during the trial (he had great rapport with the jury). As a result, both my criminal charges were dismissed. Mr. Arzili saved my life, and I am forever thankful. I don’t have experience with other defense attorneys, but I assure you, I did my homework and I’m confident I found the best.

I truly believe that God listened to my prayers when he sent Mr. Arzili to help me get through my situation. I had gotten arrested for shoplifting with a prior which meant there was a very big chance i could have gotten jail time out of it. However, with Mr. Arzili doing what he does best, he was not only able to get me no jail time, but he was able to get me the best results that even the judge had a hard time believing, which was summary probation for 3 years and a small fine. On top of that, even with it being a prior which usually makes it a felony right away, but luckily it was being charged as a misdemeanor instead which made the entire process a little bit easier than if it were a felony charge. Mr. Arzili is a man of his word and he told me the moment we retained his services that my problem was now his problem and that we didnt have to worry. He allowed us to feel comfortable throughout the duration of the case and i honestly felt safe in his hands. Him and his secretary Alicia are two of the most reliable and good hearted people that exist in the field of law today. They are not money greedy and will work with you to make sure you are not left high and dry and they understand well. I know for a fact now that all this is over that i picked the perfect attorney and he deserves all the recognition in the world for that. It isnt everyday that you come across a lawyer that really fights for you because he cares for the sake of caring and not just for the fame and fortune, and Mr. Arzili is a man that definitely is the best at what he does, hands down. Best criminal defense attorney Before I knew it, my life had taken a U-Turn for the worse. We were a single income family of four, I was pregnant with my third child living from pay check to pay check and suddenly had to provide financial support to a family member who got diagnosed with cancer.
