I am an old woman who spent may years behind a desk. I pretty much destroyed my neck and wrists. I toughed it out for years, dealing with injections, surgeries and flat out daily pain so I could get my pension. The time came for me to get my pension so I figured I would chat with a lawyer to see what my case was worth. Good news and bad news. My case was not nearly worth what I thought it would be considering all I had been through. The good news was I loved my lawyer and trusted him and his awesome staff throughout the process. My case is settled, I am happy I at least received something for all the pain and suffering I endured working behind a desk for 35 years.

I would have to admit I was not excited about hiring a lawyer. But the insurance company was so brutal I really did not know where to turn. The system is so confusing, I tried to handle it on my own, but that went south when it had to deal with a QME. I called the workers comp attorney group, was very happy with the fast turnaround on setting up my free consultation. I was impressed with my lawyer so I went ahead and hired a lawyer to handle my case and finish it out. I would say if you are looking for people who are straight forward and efficient, this is the group for you.

My injury was very unique and I had the hardest time trying to get someone to listen to me for 5 minutes. Looking back and after talking to my lawyer it was probably my fault everyone cut me off and told me they could not help me. I was doing a terrible job explaining. Good news is I did find someone to listen to my whole long drawn out story lol and I hired them through this website. My injury is more psychological in nature so I am doing better being able to dump all the stress of dealing with my case on my lawyer. Get a lawyer people, do not try to do this on your own.

I was attacked at work. I was not physically injured as much as I was mentally just screwed up from the whole ordeal. Luckily one of my co-workers had a mother who suffered a psychological injury at work and referred me to the work comp attorney group to get a free consultation.
