I was told i would be getting a email with 3 documents for my insurance to be active. Its been 4 days and still no email. His assistant Shelby also sent me a pac to sign i signed it a returned it a day after. I get a text A TEXT not a phone call A TEXT very unprofessional business saying that i never signed the document and that i had to send it in again. If you want to talk to me call me. Not pleased with the service i will be switching agents but im staying with state farm.
