I need to report a business in sevierville tn it is a motel called riverview inn at 423 forks of the river pkwy. We found bed bugs in our bed and reported it to them which almost an hr later they moved us to another room which had a heater that blew nothing but cold air when we told them about they wanted to shuffle us to another room again which would have been to moves in the same day I asked for a discount for all of my inconvenience they refused because they felt they had given us an upgrade in rooms and asked for a refund and the only response I got was that I could leave one night early and give us the money back for that night I would like this business looked at very closely and do plan to follow up with a phone call

Branch Banking and Trust charged me overdraft fees when funds were in my account. On 5-26 I had 4 items to clear and showed enough to cover these transactions. I called their customer service, who told me my recurring payment with ATT was authorized on the 26th (supposed to be the 1st) and they put a hold on my account for these funds, even though this transaction shows on my statement on the 27th (after my deposit of 1541.00. They charged me 144.00 in overdraft fees. I had a large expense and had drawn my account to a smaller amount, but because of this BB&T has to date charged me 252.00 (3 items less than 1.50). I was told by their customer service that this is their policy and too bad.

I have hughes net satellit, I am not sure what is going on, but I am paying almost 70.00 a month, and my internet does not work at the speed it should all of the time. The trial period was 30 days, it done great the whole month. Now that the trial period is over, I am not using my computer this month any more than I did the first month, and my internet is slowing down before half a month. I have been reading some of the reviews and I do not understand how they are getting by with some of these things. You need to investigate them thoroughly!!!

This man left all his clients high and dry as he just quit the business and all our sites were off the net. He did not bother to tell us that he was not going to service out sites anymore and give us a chance to find someone else. He had to be threatened with legal action before he would even send me a copy of my site. Even while he was my webmaster, he would not acknowledge phone calls or emails. I had to constantly beg and beg to get work done on my site. He was very unprofessional and a great disappointment.

This BBB is totally worthless about protecting the consumer. Pay to play. I notified them twice that Burell Built has false advertising and never even received any response. Burell Built advertised "protection guaranteed for life" Does that mean his roof will last for life and I will never need another roof? Also Burell Built is using an address he left several years ago. Also left behind $5300 unpaid property taxes on his business at 7328 Deane Hill Dr in Knoxville

this is a terrible organization. Auto phone system never gets you and answer and all negative info on companies ... a google search will do more for you. I want to praise a company that does well ... no way to do that. Perhaps the scam they pull of good ratings for how much they are paid by companies is alive and well here in Knoxville! Nice building you have there by the way.

If you need pest control I recommend Allgood Pest Solutions. They were Allied, Lawn, Termite & Pest. After the transition I was still able to have the same technician - Duane Brown. He is a very nice, professional technician and has always done a great job for me for over 15 years! If you need anything in the office David Thomas has been great to deal with also!
