They completed the service for a title transfer. However, the DMV did not send the title to the correct address because the tag stop failed to use the correct address on my documents after telling them clearly and multiple times. I expected more care would be taken with such a secure document. In addition, I had to argue with the staff to get my refund sent to my address and instead the staff wanted me to pick it up after already visiting this company twice to get this simple title transfer done. The manager was rude and was not willing to help. Honestly, I will be surprised if they actually give me my refund. I am currently reporting their refund policies to the Federal Trade Commission. I would not and will not use this company ever again for title transfer until the costumer service is changed.

I called and spoke to Brittany. My vehicle passed smog, but the results did not show up on the DMV website, when I went to register my vehicle online. She was familiar with this glitch, and would be able to take care of it for a very reasonable rate. Before I drove to her business with my paperwork, I tried online one more time. This time it went through, so I did not need her services. She was very nice, and I called her back to let her know, which she also appreciated. I would not hesitate to use her service, if the need arises.
