We have rented a home in Palm Harbor for just under three years. We have had nothing but an extremely positive experience with Century 21 East Lake. While we have had very few maintenance issues, they have always been quick to respond to any requests. I was surprised to receive a call one day that during a property drive by they noticed the fence was in need of repair and would be sending someone to repair it. It turned out it was the neighbors portion of the fence, but I was happy to know they keep an eye out on the property. We have received excellent communication through all phases of our lease. Everyone that works at this office are professional and kind. Additionally, their office is conveniently located and they have extended hours (including weekends) that make working with them much easier. I highly recommend this agency for renting or purchasing a home.

Property management at its worst! These people are a joke. I rent a.house from them that has needed more repairs tham id like to admit and beyond that the inconvience of repairs and the ever so unpleasent sherri in maitenence. Would not reccommend for renters/property owners
