Amazing experience with Jay! I had been with my previous company for 10 years, and when I decided to switch jobs, I had to untangle 10-years worth of convenience, including all my insurance needs (home, car, umbrella, jewelry), buttoned up nicely into a simple, worry-free payroll deduction. Jay knew we were used to convenience. He also knew we wanted great rates, great advice and the simplest transition possible--and we did. Jay took care of absolutely everything. Once we decided what we were doing, it was as simple as online signatures and approval for direct pay from our bank account. It was a great experience and nice to know I have a person to call when I have questions, not a call menu with a million prompts that you have to speak into (and ultimately screw-up). Peter and team hold 3 Insurance Policies for my family (auto, homeowners, personal property). When my wife was in an car accident Moly and Beth were quick to answer questions, were able to expediate the claims process, and provided for a smooth and seamless experience. Most recently the insurance provider changed their policy causing a significant increase to the cost. Before I even had to call, Beth was already proactively looking for other options to reduce my costs without losing any coverage (We actually gained some). This attention to detail and client-centric focus makes this recomendation very, very easy to make.

Awesome working with Peter K and his team at Emmanuel. Before dealing with Emmanuel, I had dealt directly with insurance companies and they always used every opportunity to screw me as a customer. Now Peter and his team keep up my insurance coverage, notify me when a change would provide a better value, and solve any issues with the insurance company underwriter. Because the work with many insurance companies, they seem to be there for me, instead of for the insurance companies. AND they answer their phone or emails, not an automated system.

If I could give less stars I would they recommend I leave grange and go to kemper even though it was a $300 increase talked to a more reliable agency and found out if I would of stayed with grange my rates would of never changed I use to recommend them now I am embarrassed that I ever did have become very lazy and absolutely untrustworthy very sad
