I recently stopped working at my latest job and began graduate school. Knowing I was going to lose my health insurance coverage through my work I looked in to health insurance through my university. To my surprise, they no longer offer school-sponsored health insurance. I was at a loss and did not know how to go about finding coverage outside the open enrollment period. My university suggested using the American Exchange process and it could not have been a better experience. My experience with American Exchange was such a great one because of Kay Stone (one of the agents). It was hard for me to find time during the work day to step out and make a phone call so Kay offered to communicate via e-mail which was very kind and helpful. After a week of e-mailing back and forth my new health insurance information was in the mail and on its way to me. I would HIGHLY recommend using American Exchange (Kay Stone, specifically) to anyone who needs assistance finding health insurance coverage.
