I called them to give me a bid on pipe I needed for a vacuum system, I never heard back. I still decided to go in and buy a few pieces of pipe after doing the job myself. One year later, I decided to look for contractors to install a ductless heat pump and get multiple bids. They actually called me and came out and emailed me a price. I asked what their labor charge would be if I could supplied the heat pump. I never heard back. I then found a great place of business that treated me well, Diversified Heating and Cooling. So I spent $7k with them. I have my own business and I strive very hard to communicate with all potential customers regardless if I get their business. I am writing this because when I see their commercials on tv it makes me sick. I hope this helps someone out there.

replaced an aging electric furnace with a new Carrier heat pump system. Excellent result. Initial assessment included determination of estimated heating/cooling costs based on position of house, insulation in ceiling, floors, windows, % windows, and cost/kilowatt hour of our provider. process comprehensive, detailed, transparent and understandable. no sales pressure. removal of old furnace and install of new equipment completed in one day. technicians competent, polite, and knowledgeable. Very good result. operational performance checked and tax credit information completed and filed. Final check by original estimator. Good discussion of how to use the new system and thermostat. This is an ideal result.

COHC was a lifesaver for us. They gave us a very reasonable quote and in no time at all we had our new Carrier heat pump and air handler system installed and running, just in time for our recent heat wave. From the initial interview to final installation with follow up, everything was extremely reasonable and completed in a professional manner.The comfort level in out home is excellent. You can hardly hear when the system is running. Since installation, our electric bills have increased less than $20 monthly. The ease of getting all of the rebates offered made the affordability of the unit more reasonable. Their customer service is outstanding.

I had no heat. I called Eric Macdougall from Central Oregon Heating and Cooling. He came out, took a look at my air handler and figured out what was wrong. I chose to upgrade my system at that point. Eric had paperwork ready for me the next day (Friday), and scheduled the install by Monday. Tom installed my new system and it looks great. Everything is cleanly assembled and installed, Thanks Tom! Thanks to Eric as well for his swift actions that warmed my home back up! If this is the quality of employees from Central Oregon Heating and Cooling, then they are a service above the rest!

My old Heat pump finally gave up. I have always used Central Oregon Heating and Cooling. They sent Eric out and he led me through the process of selecting a new system. He was knowledgable and very helpful through out the process. A week later Tom installed the new system on time as scheduled. Eric returned to make sure that I knew how to operate the new system and helped me claim some rebates. I highly recommend this company. The whole process was very professionally done.
