After several texts to schedule a service appointment for my roof swamp coolers I agreed to April 3rd . Jim from Havasu came and said everything was fine but the float switch needed to replace due to corrosion. He did the replacement and left. On April 6 th the swamp cooler was blowing hot, so we call and they sent Frank out to check it out. He said the new flout switch was installed upside down, so he reinstalled it. He stated his concern for the pump failing due to the mistake with flout switch and running so long without water. He left without leaving paperwork, stating they don’t have paperwork on call back. On April 8th the vents smelled like the roof was on fire. We called and they sent out Frank again. When he looked at the cooler he said the pump was burned out and it would cost $199 to fix it. When he was reminded of the conversation on Thursday regarding the flout switch mistake, he said there was no way to tell if the mistake caused to pump failure. Beside he was already cut the repair by $100. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. $300 for a $30 pump that they burnt up! I said I would do it myself, and he said I would not have the expertise and knowledge for a proper installation. Again, ARE YOU KIDDING ME. Like the float switch!

Ralph and Mario were very courteous thru out the whole ordeal, we had some issues with our roof where the AC/Furnace was to be mounted. We had just had a new roof put on and the roofers neglected to repair around the old unit. Mario and Ralph offered to come in on a Saturday to install the unit if we had the roof repaired in time. As it turns out, it did not happen, but the offer was made which was commendable. Once the new unit was installed, they cleaned up after the roofers and cleaned their end of it as well. Their attention to detail in my opinion was second to none, they even repaired the plenum that the roofers had damaged when making their repairs. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new AC unit.

Jim figured out the problem with our air not cooling, very quickly. He then quoted us a price for a new unit, at our request based on our needs and/or preferences. He could answer any question without any hesitation. He is professional and friendly which is what we expect when doing business with any company. They told me over the phone that it would cost $59.00 to show up. Once they did show up, they charged me a grand total of $206 and they wanted to charge $1100 in order to repipe part of the house. I got a second opinion and it turns out I only needed an elbow replaced. $206 for wrong diagnoses? Not worth it. Please do not waste your time, call someone else.

Fast service but way over priced. $535 to replace 2 capacitors and they are only replacing it with one rather then two so that might just be the most expensive capacitor out there.
