Had a great experience with the Window World Manchester CT office. Sales rep was knowledgeable and friendly. The quality of the windows far exceeded my expectations and they look great too. You will not beat the price and if you think you are getting better quality by paying more for a Pella or a Harvey window, you are mistaken. The customer service team is the best part and very helpful. I had a bird fly into and crack one of my double hung windows and with no questions asked they were at my house a few days later installing a new window at no charge. One of the backup safety latches came loose on the window and they also came and replaced the entire window in only a few days. You cannot beat their lifetime warranty.
