I was in contact with Eric Lindberg before I even found the house to purchase. I kept in contact with him throughout in purchasing home owners insurance. The day before I was supposed to close, I found out I had to purchase flood insurance too. I got a quote from him on that and it was way too much. I asked him if it was ok if we did a policy but i kept looking for a better rate. After this, he refused to work with me, and ignored my pleading emails, even though i assured him that I was only seeking to find a better rate on the flood insurance which was just an add on. I was unable to close on time, and at this moment I am stuck in a hotel room with 2 sick children. Horrible customer service. Awful experience. Terribly unprofessional. Do not work with this person. By the way I found the flood insurance for $450 cheaper and the homeowners insurance cheaper too, the next day.

Eric has been my agent for the last 8 years. He has been nothing but excellent in my dealings with him. He got me the right coverage for my situation and is always on top of anything I need to get done, ie. Need to get grade report for my son to keep his Good Student Discount. He took the time and initiative to call and let me know a month before it was due to come. He has always been a consummate professional and I will stay with him for life. Highly recommend. No idea what happened in other comment, but does not sound like the guy I have know at all.
