Cheap prices initially but once you are a customer you get horrible service. I ended up switching to geico after 2 years of paying cheap prices because the service was that bad. I pay more at geico but when i call someone is helping me within a couple of minutes. I always wondered with adrianas insurance if i got in a car wreck would the insurance company they set me up with actually take car of me. Tried multiple companys with adrianas insurance and they were all the same. I always had billing and coverage errors and they always wanted me to switch to a new plan but i had to pay a fee to start with a new better plan they would say.

I went to this terrible place to add a car to my policy, and I told them exactly what I needed q. He was the only one waiting, and they tended the q came after my being q I sat there waiting attendent and even my name was listed on the list.

I was VERRY disappointed the way I was treated. I had to repeat myself MANY times as for what I was looking for. Both the manager and sale-man kept on pushing on me a policy “they thought was the best” when I had express that it wasn’t what I wanted. And to top it off the broker fees where WAY too high, I needed up walking away and going to Veronica’s Insurance where I was please and got what I was asking for! I DON’T recommend this place to anyone!

They charge me a lot of down payment and told me that i will be paying a small payment of $90 per month on a Chevy Silverado, but after six months the raised my payment to $130. Before i got my policy i asked them that if the price was stable and they said it was which was a lie
