Josh has been nothing but fantastic to work with. My family and I initially consulted him while we were renting to see what rates he could give us. Josh was open and honest with us that we were receiving better rates than he could offer where we currently were. After purchasing a home, we once again checked with Josh and he was able to offer us a rate that is $100s less than we were offered with our previous insurance provider. I can not recommend him highly enough!
