Yesterday me and my husband had went to the dental reflections of Richmond Michigan for our appointments and i have to say this was the most terrible appointment my husband and i have ever had i am apauled by their behavior they were rude to both me and my husband and they denied my service dog who is required by law to be by me all the time because of my disabilities so if u want someone to be rude to u and deny u the right to bring ur service dog this dentistry is the place i recommend never going to this terrible dentistry

I went to this office due to their low inital rate for a cleaning, x-rays, and exam. Well, you get what you pay for. First of all, the office is spooky. Secondly, their teeth cleaning is questionable at best. Thirdly, and most importantly, they tried to tell me that I needed EIGHT fillings. I later got a second opinion from a highly-recommended, much more reputable dentist. He said that I needed one and a half AT THE MOST. Do not go to this office.

Second time there and still walked out. Nothing but over booked.and under staffed. Wait about 2hrs ifu plan to have anything done! The Dentist there makes sure shes got to have 3 patients schedulec at every slot in her book! Place got a little make over, but still nasty!

I had a great experience. Not much waiting, professional staff, great dentist and assistant. I had to get a temporary crown put on and at no time was I ever in any pain.

Although the Dr and staff are stretched thin, they are always patient, polite and go as quick as possible. Wait time usually is about 20-25 mins or less.
