All I can say is WOW! Mark Baker and his team pulled off a miracle of which EVERYONE said could not be done. With 30 days left for me to close on my new home, my original Lender pulled out of the loan. I was referred to Mark Baker, the man that came make things happen. I told Mark about the situation and he was not deterred, a matter fact he was motivated. Mark was completely upfront with me and said 30 days is going to be tight to get it done but he DID IT! I received an email around 5:15pm last Friday that the deed had recorded and I could go pick up the keys to my new home. Words cannot express how satisfied I am with Mark and his team (Wayne & Cara). Mark Baker and his team will be the only show in town I will use or refer business to in the future. Thank you Mark, Cara & Wayne!

Mark Baker and his team helped my husband and I get into our new home. We had complications and needed the loan to be completed quickly; suddenly circumstances changed and the loan no longer needed a quick turnaround and instead needed to take longer. Mark and his team remained flexible throughout and were able to negotiate all the twists and turns associated with new mortgage. As an especially nice surprise, Mark was able to get us into our new home at the agreed upon interest rate with less money down than we had anticipated which saved us over $30,000 in upfront costs! This was not the first time we used Mark Baker and his team and if we ever need a mortgage again, we will certainly use him again.

We re-financed from an interest-only loan to a conventional loan and they helped us save almost $300/month. They made the loan process so easy; from emailing documents to e-signing them (with step-by-step instructions) it was a breeze. They kept us informed every few days of what we should expect next.
