I had a very negative experience with the receptionist. She was very rude and would keep interrupting me after she would ask a question. Next, she put me on hold and upon returning she just sat there and when I said hello in a positive voice, she hung up on me. I called back and she said it was an accident. This program is a joke!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Legal Services and its attorneys, paralegals, and volunteers are truly the best when it comes on to helping low income citizens and immigrants who truly need help. Their services are well needed by those they aid. Their members are open-minded and respectful to all.
