I thought I would work forever. I returned to the work force after retirement to start a new career. Life was busy, good and fun. Alas, nothing is forever. After several personal and financial setbacks, I found myself caught between the rock and the hard spot. So I hired a debt consolidation company. That only made the problem worse and created more debt. Now I’m being sued. The stress just about gave me another heart attack. I began searching the web for a solution as I don’t like to use the phone because of hearing problems. I sent several emails to various attorneys and received less than several replies, none of which were very helpful, until I happened to come across David Andersen and Assoc. and sent them an email. Jeremy Shephard returned my email that very same day, phoned me and didn’t mind waiting for my captioned phone to relay his message, advised me over the phone, set up a first meeting within a week. He was helpful, kind and knowledgeable without being condescending. I didn’t want to file bankruptcy but he gave me assurance. I would recommend David Andersen and Associated to anyone who wants sound, conscientious advise, and has the willingness to work with you.

I am a recent client of David Andersen & Associates. I just want to tell people how they helped me, I recommend them highly I was so satisfied with my experience that I want to make sure that people will give them a try before they try some one else they make bankruptcy affordable, they worked with me of my fees and any other situation I had. I just had surgery and I got well wishes from the staff even after my case was done. Even the secretary was exceptional, when ever she said she would send something out is was here the next day. Are we talking about exceptional yes ma am, fast efficient and about the business. Once I had paid all my monies, they where ready to role. When it comes to customer satisfaction they go beyond your expectations I was so empress with the way they treated me and how fast every thing was going. I was right with at the speed of light. I was supplying them the information when they needed as well. Great customer service, they are about satisfying the customer. Will this customer got great customer service.

Going through bankruptcy is in itself a very uncomfortable and disturbing experience to walk through, but with the help I have received from this law firm and the people that work there has been fantastic. Most of my time has been spent with Cathy and she is a real treasure to work with. David Andersen is HORRIBLE! I was on the brink of crying after the way this nerd treated me and my 1 yr old son. First, he was adjusting himself the whole time he was talking to me....which was super weird and super uncomfortable! My son was in his stroller drinking his bottle when it fell on the floor whick landed upright on his already stained carpet, david proceeded to raise his voice and state multiple times No Liquid on my carpet! I did not want to file how he wanted which sent him even over the edge and started questioning about my relationship with my father! I would never go back or recommend anybody to tgis heartless yahoo!
