Marc Jacob’s name came up in an internet search for a good local real estate attorney. I had worked with a real estate attorney from a big firm two years ago and was very disappointed and concerned I would make the same mistake again. You will not be disappointed in Marc Jacob’s abilities. He epitomizes the saying “…walk softly and carry a big stick.” After 5 months of negotiating with a very difficult individual, it appeared that the entire deal was going to fall through. Marc Jacob read the situation correctly, wrote a letter to them and within less than an hour we had a signed contract. Mr. Jacob was able to anticipate many possibilities I had never considered and was always prepared for the next challenge. His billing and hourly rate is very reasonable. The fact that he was both ethical and honest was icing on the cake. I look forward to working with him again and recommend him wholeheartedly.

We had a very complicated purchase of a beautiful 75 year old home. We figured out quickly after going under contract that we needed an objective ally who could create accountability with other involved parties who understood St Louis real estate better than we did (moved from out of state) and had alternate agendas (including our real estate agent).
