Always very friendly and attentive at the Craigshire branch. Always a wave when I come in the building. When my 20 year old son needed a car loan and I did not want to co-sign, we worked together to help him establish credit and get a loan that was in line with the risk. They are always easy to work with.

Worst financial institution ever! Transaction take WEEKS not days! No one is willing to help you. If you try to call they just give you the runaround. Emailing them is a huge waste of time! I hope this Electro gets bough out and all the assholes that work there get fired! Wish I could give 0 stars!

I am always greeted with a friendly smile and the service is quick and precise. Mobile services are excellent. I love the card controls feature that allows you to enable and disable your cards with a click of a button. I keep my credit card off until I want to use it. Great Security feature.
