I tried to deposit cash into the ATM and instead the ATM took my cash, spat it back out at me, and did not return $120 worth of cash. I left a message to the credit union since it was a Sunday and they were closed. When I went in on Monday to try and get my money back, they did not offer me any solutions, just said to take it up with my credit union, even though it was their atm that took my money. Incredibly frustrating situation, still unresolved. Writing this review because this Credit Union did absolutely nothing to help me.

I have been banking with FCCU at this branch for yearsh; since 2008. I have never had an issue that was not dealt with promptly by the appropriate authority there. I have two car loans and a business loan with them. In 2017 I am planning to transfer my home loan to them. They make it so much easier to access and monitor your loans and accounts. I would recommend this branch to anyone, anytime.

Best bank to work with for sure for auto loans.My loan officer was very easy to work with and gave a great rate for the term. I will be using them when ever I purchase a vehicle again. Considering moving all of my banking there from my current ban PULASKI...... They should take lessons from Community
