I wish I could leave a 10star rating on this review. I have been a member of FCCU for about 7 years. I have been turned down for loans before; both auto and home loans. However, after I requested of them the list of things I needed to do to improve my viability to qualify for loans, I did just that. I still have my home loan/mortgage (2.75% int.) with another bank but hope to transfer to FCCU soon although they initially turned me down for this. Now I have two auto loans with FCCU. I also have a business, savings, checking, and Roth IRA accounts with them. I will probably bank here for life. I think I trust FCCU. Rich W.

I have been banking here for 4 years and in that time it has been great, unlimited transfers between my accounts, decent customer service and alot of local branches. HOWEVER, their new automated service line is HORRIBLE. I tried to transfer funds between my account and another members account and it was like pulling teeth. I had to hangup 4-5 times just to get to where I wanted to be AND they made me change my pin number that I now cannot remember for the life of me and was denied at my ATM several times and could not remember why until I called. Great bank, horrible phone line.

Manager was very rude to me. I walked in for information on a home loan. Waited for my turn like everyone else. Another customer walked in and got preferential treatment and I got stuck waiting another 10 minutes. I said something to employees and got stuck dealing with that manager. She was very rude to me.

I started banking here three months ago. When I called the customer service line for questions the reps are very rude. Chesterfield tellers are very rude.
