WOW IF YOU WANT TO BE IGNORED AND TREATED LIKE YOU DONT MATTER, then bank at Chase.If chase didnt have my mortgage, i would NEVER bank there. I started doing automatic payments just to not have to work with the tellers there.There is a skinny older lady with glasses and she is sooo rude, i would think it was racial but then there is a thick mexican girl and she is a donkey as well. the customer service is so day and night compared to the other branches down the hill, South Carolina, Virginian, and Georgia. I have never been treated so rudely.

I have only been to the a banker at the chase in Twentynine palms twice, but both times the wait was aweful! I only ever see one banker here. Its the same for the teller, the last time i came in i had to wait a long time to speak with the one teller!
