Timothy Kerofsky and Family

This place is a farce. They do not defend you, the lawyer calls you the day before and then treats you like a criminal. She did not defend me during the hearing. She only asked two questions to me, and did not defend me to the judge. I had a good day after I had pain shots and the doctor asked me how I was feeling and I told the doctor no pain today. However a week later I was in pain and it got worse when the weather got cold, the shift of weather hurts me and I got 9 pain shots at the pain clinic. If I am not disabled like the Social Security says, would I be getting pain shots? Would I have an equilibrium imbalance? and would I have pain and tingling? These are points I tried to bring up to the judge. And that day I was tingling and shaking I was in pain and felt like I was going to fall. I felt light headed after sitting there and being dragged in the mud during the hearing. But my claim was denied with an Unfavorable verdict.The judge should have looked at everything, not a few good days. Should have looked at the days that I am in pain, shaking, feel like falling, and all the stuff I had to give up in my life. But did not. The entire social security system is a joke. If a immigrant comes here they get everything handed to them pretty much. But if a man serves his country he has to fight for everything and he gets kicked to the curb. It is not right. I am peed. After that I get a letter from Midwest Disability and they dropped my case instead of filing an appeal. I am filing an appeal myself. I am stressed, tired, and feeling like a nobody because of the verdict. It is like I was called a lier. I was slapped in the face after fighting for benefits for 3 years. They treated a veteran like garbage and kicked me to the curb. I had to deal with that while I was in the Navy. I was mistreated and now I am mistreated by a farce of a Disability Office. I would not recommend Midwest Disability. It is a joke!!!

My first contact with Midwest Disability was about a year and half ago I had some questions and concerns and needed some legal advice so I called Midwest Disability to see if they could help. At Midwest Disability they were very professional and took the time to answer my questions.I Thanked the nice lady for her helping me. Time went by and I realized I was having more difficult completing my every day tast you know how it goes you never wanting to admit that your solwing down but for me it was that time. I called Midwest Disability an asked if they could help me with my Disability. I was asked questions to see if I would qualify for help.I did qualify for help. I was then assigened My case Management team we all went throu the process of gatreing my information to present it to My Lawyer. Midwest Diasbility did a Remarkable Job in my case My case went well and I am very Thank Full for Midwest Disability for Repsenting Me and I would Highly recommend Midwest Disability for Your Disability Case . Very kind...good listeners...very understanding...compassionate people...my only thought was wishing it did not have to take as long as it did...I knew this was no fault of Midwest Disability...Court/hearings take time...appeals take time...was all worth it in the end!! The did a good job of making sure all procedures were followed correctly. There is no way I could have accomplished this without their assistance!! It was nearly a three year struggle until I was finally approved, but they did all in their power to keep the case moving along. Very kind staff.....ALL of them!!!!! Frustrating, long process, but yes, I would definitely recommend Midwest to family or a friend. They did a great job for me!!!

Midwest Disability was professional from the start. They were thorough in their explanation of the process of a disabilty claim. They were patient when I was struggling to fill out certain forms, offering help if needed. They were prompt in returning my calls with the info I asked about. Everyone even local and county employees told us that our SSDI claim would not be approved the first time around and that we would need to appeal. Not only did Midwest Disability get it approved first time around they got it back dated farther than we had expected which means more money for our on-going expenses.
