Ive had this bank for a few years have had no issues with them till they sent me a new card with a chip in it. I am unablr to use the card at walmarts, krogers, or my chiropractor. Now i can use it any place else but those 3 buisness. Ive went and made complaints 4 times to the bank and they tell me that everything looks fine and is working properly. Im seriously thinking of canceling my account and going to another bank

Went into shepherdsville branch. Wanted a simple transaction. Waited 25 minutes. No service. We left. Moved from another credit union. Maybe should have stayed where I was before. Hill view branch much better
