Pets Best Insurance has been our choice for pet insurance for over a year now. We have a Siberian Husky Lab mix named ZAK. When he was just a few months old he decided to go thru a SMALL dog door (my son has 2 Chihuahua mix dogs ) needless to say our puppy was bigger than the SMALL dog door! 6 stitches in his leg and a thousand dollar emergency vet bill later we decided to research pet insurance. Our sweet "puppy" is now 120 lbs and 2 years old. We are so happy we chose Pets Best Insurance! Pets Best Insurance has affordable premiums and the claims process is super simple. All of Zaks claims have been paid ( after the deductible )within 5 to 10 days and deposited directly to our checking account. We have only had to call customer support once. Customer support is friendly and knowledgeable .... We love having Pets Best Insurance as our partner in keeping ZAK healthy and insurance rates reasonable. Thank you Pets Best! Great Job!

BEWARE!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!! My 9 month old puppy was brought into the vet for what has now been diagnosed as allergies to a protein in his food source. They denied his claim because he was treated for an ear infection just a few weeks before my claims which my vet stated she thought was an ear infection as she could not find anything else wrong with him. I brought him back for licking his paws weeks after and they are stating that this was pre-ex and they have denied his vet bills. SMH shame on you for taking advantage of consumers the way you have done and I am gladly never sending any business your way nor will my vets office EVER recommend you people.

I have Pets Best Insurance for all of my pets (four dogs and a cat). They have been fantastic and I get the claim reimbursement put into my bank within days. For those of you who complain about the records requests, and investigations, if you do some research you will discover that pet insurance companies have become a favorite for scammers and it costs these companies a lot of money. So they can either pass that cost on to their customers by raising rates, or they can investigate to prevent fraud. They are not out to get you. I live in the city in which the company is based and their employees are very happy. I will continue to use this company.

If I could give this company negative stars I would. They are absolute criminals their customer service is awful they will not reimburse you for literally anything. Do not give these people a dime of your money. Put your money in an HSA account or savings account in behalf of your pet. This is the biggest scam joke. Will not cover "hereditary" condition "pre-existing" conditions will not cover illness or injury. Literally the biggest waste and time of my life ever. I might as well have burned my money. Thank you for literally nothing.

I have been extremely impressed with the way this company has completely changed my mind about pet insurance. They truly go above and beyond and routinely have exceeded my expectations at every turn! From their fast claim reimbursement, to their great customer service, I would highly recommend them to any pet owner looking to protect themselves from vet costs that seem to be increasing every time we take our dog in.

Laughable. Predictable. Clueless.Weak. I feel bad for the employees who think their saving the company money by denying claims....wish I could see their face when their employer returns from vacation with a brand new BMW and their sitting in the cubical struggling to pay the bills...wake up and smell the coffee! The only person your hurting, is yourself. Praying on people in a time of need makes you weak.

I am a new customer with this company and I have to say its the best! Their live chat is extremely fast and very helpful, always answering all my questions. I had my first claim submitted and processed and everything went fast and smooth! I received more then expected back and they helped me with all the forms! Great knowledgeable people to work with. I have had Pets Best for about a year now. The service is extremely fast and the claim payments sent directly to my checking account. The coverage if fair and I have had no surprises. I plan to continue with this company. Oh, I forgot. Customer service is great also. Personnel are experienced and polite.
