For those of you who are a victim of a Geico insured driver. Take note. Immediately after the accident they will contact you trying to get you to settle. Their offer will be well below your eventual costs. Do not accept their first offer. If you have the stamina be prepared for a long drawn out affair. It has been over 7 months and they have continued to stall on a settlement because they are "waiting for case notes". Fortunately most medical providers when told the bill is a result of an accident are understanding and will allow you to delay payment. If you can, involve yourself in getting the "case notes" sent to Geico. Contact your medical providers and your assigned adjuster to connect them. Otherwise the adjuster simply sends out requests, often to the wrong person at the medical provider and nothing happens. It took nearly 7 months before the emergency room paperwork made it to Geico. Otherwise contact an injury lawyer and let them do the work and take their cut of any settlement. Good luck.

Hands down the WORST insurance company. We were loyal customers with Geico TEN YEARS. We got a notice in the mail saying our policy would be cancelled September 29th because I cancelled auto pay. I called them and made clear I was not able to pay that day and their response was “oh no problem, there is a grace period and since you’ve been loyal customers ten years you have nothing to worry about.” I called today to make my payment and my policy was cancelled because the end of the grace period was last night at midnight, which was a Sunday. I would have gladly called to pay but in my ten years of being with Geico I was never told there was a 24 hour service so I thought I was unable to call on a Sunday. I called first thing this morning and was told I need to pay in full $230.00 or I’m uninsured. Ten years of loyalty and I get treated like this? Geico will not work with you but will gladly take your money. Currently looking for newer agents who will be charging me HALF the price.

Purchased a new car in 2012, was given an extended warranty for free with the new car purchase. Fast forward to 2017, through normal wear and tear, car needs 2k in repair costs. Simple call to GEICO and they said they will pay for everything. Only cost to me is a $250 co pay. They said I could use any repair shop (I am using a dealer), and they handled all the payments. Super easy. They are even setting me up with a rental car while mine is in shop.

After not being billed for my policy, I logged into my account to find out that my policy was canceled. My policy is being canceled because I drove for Uber 8 months ago. my only solution to resolve this is to get a letter from Uber stating that I no longer drive for them. on top of trying to find a contact number for Uber, I will also be using my day off to find a new insurance carrier.

I have quoted nearly every insurance company to see who has the best rates. Apples to apples, Geico was hands down, the cheapest. I saved a lot more than 15% by switching. Being with State Farm prior and having made claims with both providers, I can say I receive the same level of service at a fraction of the cost.

My car wouldn’t start tonight and I didn’t even have my wallet on me so I called the number on my geico phone app and she took care of me and got me a tow for free! The guy was awesome and he gave me advice on fixing my car! I definitely feel safe with geico!!
