A+ Ray Clemente is an amazing teacher. He covers the material with enthusiasm and great charisma. He answers questions readily and still keeps the class on track. His knowledge of the material is very clear. I’ve taken many courses while living in California and many of them were led by lack-luster instructors who were doing the absolute minimum requirements of “teaching”. Having Ray as an instructor was a great experience. I failed the test the first time because I didn’t listen to him and follow his instructions about homework, flashcards, practice quizzes, etc. This time I did exactly as he instructed and I’m very very happy with the results. Additionally the front office staff members are friendly, engaging and attentive. A+ for them as well. On a final note. When taking the in class survey I don’t think I have a fair rating to the building/classroom. I’d like to retract that. The more I think about it I realize it’s far and away better than so many classrooms with broken drop ceiling sections, flickering or Mia matching lights and outdated or malfunctioning equipment. Overall my experience was great.

I took the 63 hour sales associate coarse with Walt Lesirel. What an amazing experience. So grateful to have been blessed with the opportunity to enjoy such a talented, wise, unique and accomplished individual and his teaching style. My experience at Gold Coast School Lantana Florida The class instructor was great. He had a good teaching voice and was not dull. His teachings included examples and short stories to help to understand the material. With many fun way to memorize the information he made passing the test a breeze. The school facilities are good and located in a convenient location near a major highway. The classrooms are clean and the environment is inviting. I Highly recommend this school to anyone looking to get their professional licence

Just finished the one week real estate training class with Debra Neser. Although we covered an enormous amount of material in the 6 days prior to the test, Debra made it as painless as could be expected. Her great sense of humor, sympathy and understanding of OUR needs, as well as her many real-life experiences made the class so much more interesting than I expected it to be. John Roulis took over for Debra on Saturday and Sunday and also did a fantastic job. Thanks to both of you and Gold Coast for all your help!

I took the live 4-week RE Broker Pre-License class immediately followed by the weekend cram. Steve had us completely prepared for the Broker final and in a good position to take the State Broker Exam. Walt did a great job during the weekend cram putting the final touches on our preparation for the state exam. Two days after the cram I passed the State Broker Exam with complete confidence. I enjoyed the 4 week classroom based learning experience at Goldcoast. The Instructor was experienced and very knowledgeable there was no doubt in my mind that what was taught was factual and up to date. The material is very fact based and you have to be able to retain an avalanche of information but if you follow the study plan as outlined you should complete successfully with some considerable effort!

Took the one week Sale Associates Course and I am just so very thankful that I was assigned to the instructor Rey Clemente. Rey not only makes the course fun but he teaches you everything you need to know to prep you for the course exam and State Exam.
