A Private User

I have been to this tag agency several times. I probably won't be back due to terrible customer service. People should really be careful what they say and how they say it, especially to customers. I don't care if you are new or not. It doesn't give you a right to be rude. I walked in and was about to have a seat. The lady asked me if I needed help. I could see that she was busy, since she was on the phone. She proceeded to tell me that she couldn't do two things at once. Of course not, I didn't expect her to. That is exactly why I was going to set down. I have been in customer service for ten years. Treat people the way you want to be treated.

Kept trying to call during business hours and their line was busy every time. I gave my business to the other one in Newcastle. Props for being open on Saturday, but they need an effective business phone system.
