I started AARE Feb 7th 2013, and I enjoyed it. I have passed the school test last night April 8th 2013. It is a great school and I am happy with my choice to attend this school, as I was originally planning to go to Arizona School of Real Estate. I even had instructions give me their phone number in case I had any questions or had a hard time on a subject. I love all the teachers that I had. I know that if someone was looking to go to school for real estate I would Def. Recommend this school. I feel prepared for the state exam and am excited to take it.

I find the staff and the instructors at this school (both locations) to be very nice, courteous and helpful. I have never been a student but as a Home Inspector I often am invited to attend classes to share some of my real world experiences about home inspections with students studying to get their licenses and with established Realtors and brokers attending for CE credits and I have never gotten anything but good feedback. This program provided a lot of flexibility to get the classes completed. With four campus locations, there was always a class available. The instructors demonstrated expertise in their profession, which enabled them to provide "real world" application and examples. Deb also provided excellent test preparation. I passed the school, state and national tests on the first attempt. I would highly recommend the Arizona Academy of Real Estate.

This school was excellent!!! I felt my instructor Lance did a great job teaching the classes! I was fortunate enough to have 16 out of the 18 classes with Lance! I highly recommend taking the pre-exam review class as this overview prepared me for the school exam & state exam which I passed both on the first round! I recommend reviewing each chapter thoroughly after attending each class! Thank you Arizona Academy of Real Estate staff!

We took the intro to contract writing class on a Saturday and enjoyed the course! The instructor was very knowledgeable and entertaining. I am not sure how any other programs are, so I can only comment about the contract course. I now feel more confident about going into real estate.
