This is the most horrible collection agency ever. They were upset because I wanted to clear up account. They were rude, tried to talk over me and attempted to deny me rights to have a written statement. I hate this agency. The supervisor and the worker lied about contacting the person I owed and the amount. Once I confirmed the true amount, which was alot less than they said. Then they wanted to charge an administration fee that was never mentioned until I confirmed they were lying. This agency gets 1 star but because I had to. The agency really deserves 0 stars.

I would not recommend anyone paying any type of payment to this company.This place is a scam and raised a lot of red flags. The people who work there were rude then had the nerve to call me rude when I was simply asking questions. Nothing they were saying to me made sense and when they did not know what to say, they passed the phone to someone else and another person was rude to me. Went to their website and it screamed scam. I called the place they are saying I owed money to and they have never heard of this company. Be careful when talking to this startup.

This company is disgusting. The owner John Dean hired PDM to collect debt. Both sides refuse to talk to each and its just irresponsible and unprofessional how business is handled. This company should be reported to BBB and slapped with a fine. Its one thing to harass a people its i guess ita allowed, but it should be illegal to threaten people. If anyone has to be force to deal with this company, please record your conversation and make notations everytime. It will save you all the headache.

They call and tell that we owe money to some Apartment we stayed and do not give any proper information, when we ask them to send email, they do not send email properly and again we get a call after 2 or 3 days asking for Credit card information. They look like spam. They do not have any payment portal where we can pay them. Also when i called back the apartment folks they do not have any information on this collection agency. How should some one trust them.

I discovered a debt on my credit that was paid 5 years ago. I called these below average people and was appalled at how rude and incompetent they were. Although they discovered that the debt was paid they wanted me to do the leg work to get it resolved through the credit agencies. The "agent" I spoke to tried to talk over me and threatened o release the call. Very unprofessional and illiterate group of idiots!

The company has definitely cleaned up their empoyees (From my experience). I attempted to work with the company roughly a year ago, and every time I spoke with a rep or manager I felt harassed and we ended up in a screaming match. Today I was able to pay off my outstanding collection with absolutely NO complications. Everyone was at least cordial during the transaction.

The Worst customer service area. If you are a client of theirs or thinking of becoming one. PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE this collection agency!!!! I would rather have my debt on my credit, then deal with these ignorant people. They are completely unprofessional. You can never get your account complete with them. Please close this business or hire new people.

worst customer service ever ! I had to call back at least 4 times just to receive an email that I had paid a debt off. When I asked a serious question I got nothing but sarcasm back from a young man I was speaking to. They put the wrong address down after I paid so much money.
