After being with the same insurance for years, I was pretty hesitant about switching to a new agent and a new company. My rates are always been about the same with a few little increases here and there, but after the most recent rate increase I was forced to start looking at other options. I jumped on google and started researching the best agencies around my area and decided to call this office based on the Google reviews. I also knew that I wanted to make as few phone calls as possible and figured that calling a broker was the best bet. I called and was greeted by Dustyn over the phone. he went out of his way to make sure I was having a great day and to let me know that he would help with whatever he could to lower my rates without lowering my coverage. I didn’t even have to say anything to him- he just got it. i’m not one to lower my coverage to save a few bucks and from the onset I could tell Dustyn understood that. He asked the important questions and got back to me with his two best companies and what they could offer. BOTH of his companies were already lower than what I had been paying so we were already off to a good start. I opted to go with the higher of the two options only because it gave me a little more coverage that the other company didn’t offer. I thought for sure I was going to be sold something else or told that the price was only good for today and be pressured into buying the policy now but Dustyn actually offered to send the policy to my email so I could review it! He didn’t push it on me, he made me comfortable, and wanted to make sure that I was making the decision to buy from him on my own terms. Not only am I saving money by switching, but I actually trust my agent!

My sister introduced me to Dustyn who had just helped save her a ton of money on her auto insurance and she suggested that I give it a try as well. I emailed Dustyn my policy and he had his best option from Progressive insurance back to me within the hour. He explained the coverages, told me what was missing, what was needed and showed me how much overpaying I’d been doing all these years. He’s super easy to get in touch with by email and text as well. I’ve never emailed my Agent and gotten a response back as quickly as I do with Dustyn. It’s nice to know that there are still some Agents out there who want to do the right thing for their paying customers and not just for themselves!
