Clint Ward and his staff (Nicole Rex) exhibited extraordinary Customer Service to me and my family. There was a drastic change in my insurance policy that I did not initiate which constituted a major rate increase (more than doubled) my policy rate and monthly payments. Nicole combatted the situation with full force to find out the root of the problem, after which, she immediately found a solution. Not only did the team (Nicole Rex and Clint Ward) resolve the issue, they also assisted in looking for an alternate policy for an immediate family member (involved) as well as providing a credit for the over payment taken out of my account. Kudos for the A+ customer service that Clint Ward and Nicole Rex provided to me and my family.
