worst company on earth they slave there employees there understaffed there too cheap to hire new people there workers dont get any breaks which is illegal and they always say your salary just do it ... thats why the customer service is so bad because there employees are not happy at alll this is a chain gang company never work for them no matter what they tell you its a lie to get you in the door . i hope someone see this and do something about it because this company wont last long thats why there loosing contracts you have to spend money to make money .. fyi i will be reporting you all to eeoc .

I am so sic of their lack of coverage for anything! My premiums went up 30% from last year and given the ridiculous high deductibles I NEVER USED ANY services. Premiums now exceed mortgage payment for a small mansion... The whole health care system is SOOOOO broken. OBTW - I went to fill an epi-pen Rx for my son. BCBSs covergae was a whopping $30 toward the RX price of $570. Pharma conspiracy, perhaps.. Talk about being gouged. Write your congressman, representatives, Senator, Gov, etc.. THIS NEEDS TO STOP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. DO NOT USE THEM. Their customer service is a joke. They are not professional, do not return calls when they say they will and have obnoxious hold times on the phone. I spoke to 4 different people over the course of 4 months before finally getting a straight answer. I wasted at least 3 hours altogether on the phone for a simple error or their part in not updating my coverage. Do yourself a favor and use another company.

I talked to a lady named Beth at your office and wanted her to work out a few plans for me. She was very short and sounded like she was doing me a favor to even talk to me. This is a very unhappy lady I am sure and hates her job and probably her life too and complains about everything. Needless to say I chose your office since a friend told me too but there are plenty of other offices to get a plan with BCBS. Get some pleasant help there

Awful customer service. They were not able to help with me finding another PCP based on my criteria. I was on hold several times. The doctor that I called either had me on hold, wrong number or were not open for business. This insurance even wants a referral for a counselor visit which is pathetic. I will never have a HMO plan again. High premium over $400 but horrible plan, customer service and medical network availability.

Would give bcBS a zero rating if I could. Customer Service is trained to deflect all but the very basic questions. The escalation team is even more savvy when it comes to misleading you into thinking that the problem is yours and not theirs. The fundamental intent of healthcare coverage in the US got lost somewhere along the way when it became a multi-billion dollar business and the government is not the solution.

If you hsve a minor with their own IDIVIDUAL policy you cannot use their online portal. Bcbs does not allow "minor" to sign up for online access forcing parents to wait on the phone for a very long time to deal with any issues such as paying the bill, claims etc. RIDICULOUS. Seriously have never had this issue with any other insurance company. Our child has always been on indiv.covg with other providers.

This is the worst insurance company ever! Nothing but problems with them for 3 years now!!! If had another company I could switch to, I definitely would. Worst customer service ever and they find loopholes to get out of paying your claims even when they tell you that doctors and hospitals are "in network".

Terrible customer service. I have not been covered for a month because they cannot get their act together even though the circumstances of moving and changing jobs should be considered common and routine. Rediculous!!! Absolutely rediculous!!!
