Had major hail damage in late June, 2015. We could not be happier with our claim experience so far. One call to the office. They asked appropriate questions and transferred me to the claims people. Later that day I had an adjuster scheduled. Everyone was concerned and helpful. The process was WAY more painless than I was expecting. The adjuster came out, met with my roofer and together they worked the outside of the house and the roof. Everybody worked together wonderfully, agreed on what was hail damage and what was wear and tear. The adjuster did his paperwork, explained it, and handed us a check. Based on an order of magnitude estimate from the roofer before the adjuster came out, the claim appears to be very much in-line with the estimate. Thanks!

I too have had State Farm since I was a teenager. When I moved to Denver, I primarily worked with Barb Frank. However, several years later, unbeknownst to me, I was switched over to another agent, under Barb. My interactions with the office now is subpar. Phone calls do not get returned promptly and the agent is more often than not, in the office to take my calls. Overall, I am disappointed with the service and lack of professionalism. They are all very talented and nice, however, not as reliable as one would expect when paying high premiums for insurance. I know they have potential to improve which is why I choose to stay with them for now.
