I talked to several agents during my search of refinancing my loan. Some were very slow to respond. Some were very pushy, including one 5-star rated agent that I found thru Yelp. Some provided great customer services. However the rates that they can give were not competitive. Until I found Shawn thru Yelp. My search was over. Thank you Yelp! Shawn responded to my call quickly. In a short time, he prepared a few options upon my request, thru a customized web-page with lists of each option and nicely illustrated graphs . I was impressed to see how easy to compare different options in a glance. His quotes are very competitive. Shawn was very patient and quick to explain any questions that I had, to assist me in decision making. He was very considerate, not to rush you into any decisions. Things went better and faster from there. C2 is fabulous in E-documentation. Except the final signing, everything was done electronically and efficiently. Periodically, Shawn also provided prompt updates about funding process. Any questions to Shawn or Michelle were answered in hours. I mean, any questions I had! I cannot express how much I appreciate the great customer services both of them provided to me. My refi closed ahead of schedule. I am so fortunate to find Shawn and Michelle. They are honest, diligent, considerate and very efficient. Will not hesitate to recommend them. And big claps for both of them for their hard work!
