This is the worst bank I have ever been to! I came in with a complicated issue that another bank had started and was given the most junior associate available. She had to run off every minute or two to ask her manager. After an hour I left with my problem unresolved! Dealing with Bank of America is difficult enough without having to deal with employees that are not helpful and waste too much time running back and forth to their manager!

Worst bank I been too . Had 17 people waiting in line with one teller. Worker was extremely slow & refused to move with any urgency. I advise no one to come here. Below 1 star..

Very busy and the average wait on the line is 13-18 mins. Only two tellers for average of 12 customers. Totally unacceptable for a very busy branch. Management needs work.

Horrible place full of people only 2 tellers who talk in Chinese with clients for 12 min !! Very very poor service and dirty. Smell. Old fish !!!!!

Plenty of employees milling about, but only 3 tellers max at any time. This leads to 45 minute long lines at any time of day. Super frustrating....

I went their for simple withdrawl and had to wait 40 minutes before my turn... Only 2 tellers were present with 15 people in the queue..

Unless you like to be in a line for 30 to 40 minutes every time you need to do a simple transaction, like a deposit, avoid this branch.
