I engaged Brett Wishart and his team (Yolie & Holly) to help me with my divorce under some unique circumstances. I live in Florida and I am a full-time resident of Florida - never even lived in California. My ex-wife filed for divorce in California so it was imperative I found a highly competent attorney in California, and within Orange County. Being a former attorney, I did a lot of research and determined Brett and his team would be the best choice for me. My research proved true - Brett is an incredible attorney and walked me through each step of the process, explaining each option and what to expect. Moreover, he was very understanding and displayed a high level of empathy for me, since divorce is a very personal matter. His team were very thoughtful, engaging and highly competent. Brett plans for the worse / most difficult outcome so there are no surprises, but works diligently at trying to preserve / achieve the best outcome, thus reducing stress & reducing legal fees. My fiancé struggled to end a terrible divorce. His ex wanted everything and to give him nothing.
