I was ready to give up and let my house go. It was in December, when our Christmas Tree was lit and the fireplace was on when I realized, I don’t want to lose my home. Disturbed and sad, I called my sister in Torrance, CA. She referred me to the Financial Relief Law Center in Costa Mesa, CA and gave me their phone number. They had helped her and she had great faith in them. Who better than family to trust, right? Without hesitation, I called right away. The first to receive my phone call was Victor Ugarte, a case representative. With patience and understanding, he listened to my situation and plea for help. With all honesty he stated that if their group could help me they would and if they couldn’t he would tell me so. He worked quickly to get back to me and tell me that there was still a chance. Victor let me know how they could help me, what I needed to do, when I’ll be receiving a phone call, and also what to expect in the future. He prepared me for what I was in for, I accepted. I have been working with Mr. Ugarte and his team for 3 months now. It has been the best experience I have had in dealing with my home. Everyone in this center has been so helpful and respectful to me. I would highly recommend and refer Financial Relief Law Center to my family and friends. In fact, I already have.
