My husband and I started the process last August. That is the beauty of it. You can go as slow or as fast as you want. They are not just in the business of mortgages but helping you with your finances. Before NACA we would ask for help from a mortgage company and all they would wan to do is run our credit and then they would never want to talk to us again. NACA is here to help us get to that point of qualification. This is all on top of the no closing costs, no PMI, no down payment. We will be ready this coming January to buy our dream home.

The NACA program has informed us about the mortgage process every step of the way. Their kind staff has been very patient with us, and explained everything in very good detail, about what we need in order to be qualified. I recommend to be very patient, since it is a long process, but it is all worth it for a great home.
