Nelson is superb: - we had a complex and frustrating problem with our Health Insurance, we had reached an impasse, forced to choose between sub-optimal options and we were running out of time. His solution was highly creative, real out of the box thinking; - he translated the theory of his suggestion, he did all the necessary work, in less than 24 hours, all we had to do was sign the paperwork and he brought that to our home; - since then he has kept us fully informed of pending changes or options open to us, in this rapidly moving and deteriorating Healthcare market; - I cannot speak highly enough of Nelson, great and friendly personality, creative thinker, hard working, honest and exceptionally knowledgeable.
