Memorial Herman needs to get it together. I tried calling them yesterday to make my monthly payment seeing as we cannot make the payment online. No one answered and I was going to have to leave a message. I just thought I will call them back tomorrow. Today is tomorrow and I have been on hold for 49:55minutes and still counting as I write this review. This is EXTREMELY frustrating!!!!! I had the same issue with trying to pay my bill last month.

Big mistake ,left blue cross and signed for Memorial Hermann , my usually very healthy son, have some condition that need to be treated with a brace (chest) pectus carinatum , insurance did not pay for that , because is a" cosmetic" , no we are not asking for a breast implant but for a brace that nobody would wear just for fun . Also hard to find Doctors , only can see them if they are in Memorial Hermann.

Having a horrible experience with this company. No one will return phone calls or emails. I have had urgent matters with the billing side that they seem to just completely ignore. I have been trying to get in contact with someone for over a week with no reply!

This was not a wise choice..I made a terrible mistake in choosing Memorial Herrmann Health Solutions. None of my claims are being paid! And the Finance dept has yet to return my calls to set up a payment date for my insurance payment.
